Retd Judge, He is an Arbitrator of the Bombay High Court Panel, Mumbai. He has been appointed as an Expert Mediator under Trainer of the Trainees — “TOT”. He is also Legal Advisor to Kotak Life and to Artha mandir Nidhi Ltd. Banking and Finance. He has been appointed as a Chairperson at the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC — CS) and at Institutional Ethics Committee — BioMedical and Health Research (IEC — BHR). He is also the President at Adv. Minaxi Devi Sairam Protection of Child Rights Trust. He has been appointed as Executive Council Member at the All Indian Society of Criminology, Chennai. Previously, he worked as a Metropolitan Magistrate, Judge, at the Court of Small Causes, Mumbai. He later worked at Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum, MSEDCL, Mumbai. He also worked in the Civil Judge Senior Division, Washim at Asst. Charity Comm. and lastly he has been a Police and Public Prosecutor at Yavatmal. His areas of practice are Real estate, dispute resolution, ADR System, testamentary matters, Intellectual property rights, matrimonial and family laws, and taxation laws, including corporate litigation, arbitration and mediation, documentation, direct and indirect tax, land revenue laws, rent Act, Writs, disputes under Co-operative Housing Societies laws, Banking and Finance, various Property laws, redevelopment projects of housing societies and slums, testamentary. Apart from the above, he also deals with all types of business disputes. On questioning the doctor about the product, he said that this is the forerunner in the field of contract creation internationally and one of the best ways for dispute resolution using meta — verse where dispute can be resolved without physical appearance through Mediation and Arbitration. The said smart contracts once finalized can be saved on Blockchain.
